    Complete your health profile

    Ten minutes online. History, lifestyle, family risk and goals — it saves as you go and reaches your doctor before you do.

    Tell us your arrival date

    If your travel to Pretoria is already booked, share the date so scans, bloods and consults are sequenced into one visit rather than three.

  3. 03

    Fast for the bloods

    Eight hours of water only before your assessment morning. Medication continues as prescribed unless your doctor says otherwise.

  4. 04

    Bring the paper trail

    Recent results, imaging discs, a medication list and your medical aid card. Anything we can read in advance is time we spend with you instead.
